The 50 year old Ann Duffy from Plymouth, UK, introduced Sandra Greatrex to her brother David Greatrex in 2012. Over the upcoming year Duffy grew jealous of Sandra, because the woman thought her future sister-in-law was taking her brother and her mother away from her. Duffy tried to call off the engagement several times by harassing Sandra and slandering her in front of David. In November 2013, just three weeks before the wedding Duffy completely lost it and called the register office. She posed as Sandra and called off the wedding then told her brother she had saved him from an awful marriage with an unsuitable bride. Duffy got arrested and sentenced to eight weeks in jail for her actions. She was also given a restraining order, which banns her from contacting her sister-in-law.
